At Built Rare, every product is made with care and designed to deliver premium quality. Since most of our products are made-to-order, we request customers to read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Defective or misprinted item

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos/videos of the product
• Description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered by customer
• Change of mind
• Color variation due to screen differences
• Minor print placement variations

Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

Refunds

Once your request is approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Amount will be refunded to the original payment method

If replacement is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
After production starts, cancellation may not be possible.
